How To Use
Thuya Eyelash Pre-Smoothing Treatment needs to be applied before step 1 Thuya Permanent Gel.
To apply, use a Q-tip Cotton Swab to gently apply Thuya Eyelash Pre-Smoothing Treatment to the eyelashes. Allow it to sit for 2-4 minutes, then remove the treatment using a dry Q-tip Cotton Swab before applying Step 1 Thuya Permanent Gel.
